Habitat Architects did a fabulous job at Udhan Bhawan. The design and execution exceeded our expectations.

Since we began our project we have been very impressed with Habitat Architects. The founder, Deepak Singla gave us a lot of time and that added real value by taking our ideas and requirements, enhancing them and delivering a design that not only meets our needs but encompasses elements we hadn’t considered. This has been particularly important to us as our project involves reconfiguring all the interior space in our farm house and also getting the old facade down and building again according to the stunning facade design developed by Habitat Architects. In addition, Deepak’s personable and consultative style helps to create a positive working relationship that translates into a better end product. We are looking forward to seeing the final and very excited to move in soon.

It has been a pleasure to work with Habitat Architects on the plans for our new corporate office which was built keeping some features intact. The team firstly helped us navigate the planning system to enable us to open up light and architectural improvements, in a way that is in keeping the old rustic element. This has enabled us to have the best of both worlds; a heritage look, with a modern twist. The detailing relating to the layouts and technical drawings have been superb and we feel we have optimised every opportunity from our plot as a result of having Habitat Architects on site. I would highly recommend them to my professional network, friends and family for their attention to detail, creativity, willingness to listen and for generally being amazing people to work with!

We had some plans that were drawn up by someone else and we knew they weren’t really right for us. We wanted to find somebody who could really deliver our vision and also guide us with design ideas which were beyond our conception. Deepak listened to what we wanted, really understood our brief and took the time to understand how we’d live our lives. He really took that on board and now every single room has got a wonderful feeling of space and light and simplistic high design elements. For me, there are architects who kind of just do what needs to be done on paper. And then there’s architects that really get under the skin of how you live and breathe and how you are going to live your life. Habitat Architects have delivered us something that was beyond our dreams and we were thrilled with the result.

Deepak Singla, whatever I say about him as an architect would not do justice to his creativity and passion for his work. He has given us our dream home. He understood what we wanted and gave a structure to our vision. His biggest strength is his involvement with his project and he does not compromise on quality standards. He builds homes and not just houses. A decision we are glad we made.

I really appreciate the commitment and amazing ability to make the abstract simple and understandable.
